REP | IV by The NextRep is a selective, vetted career platform for current and former professional athletes, coaches and military veterans. Members join free; employers are verified before they can post or reach out.

How is REP | IV different from veteran job boards?

Veteran job boards serve veterans only and usually stop at the application. REP | IV also serves athletes and coaches, reviews every employer first, keeps contact details private until you accept, flags roles far below your experience, and checks in after you are hired.

How is it different from athlete career networks?

Athlete networks focus on athletes, often college athletes. REP | IV is built for current and former pros, coaches and veterans together, with free AI career tools and verified employers.

Why are companies vetted?

To protect the interests of our members. Athletes, coaches and veterans are frequent targets of scams and low-quality offers, so every company is reviewed before it can post a job or contact anyone.

What is House of IRL?

House of IRL is the larger system REP | IV belongs to, now in beta. It is built to help prevent crisis before it starts and to make it safe for athletes, coaches and veterans to ask for help.
