What members get

Skills Translator

Describe what you did as a captain, coordinator or platoon sergeant. Get civilian job titles, résumé lines and the keywords hiring systems scan for, and show employers the translation on your profile.

Résumé keyword match

Every job shows how well your résumé matches its keywords, the way applicant tracking systems read it, plus the exact words you are missing.

One-click tailored résumé

Rework your summary, bullets and skills in a job’s own language without inventing anything. Your main résumé stays untouched.

Interview practice for each job

Five questions written for the exact role and your background, with instant feedback and a stronger version of every answer.

Security clearance prep

Levels, the SF-86, the 13 adjudicative guidelines and the investigator interview, plus how veterans can reinstate a past clearance.

Check-ins after you’re hired

Private check-ins at 90 days and one year, never shared with your employer, with real support from House of IRL if the transition gets hard.

Other job boards stop at the hire. We don’t.

  • One home for athletes, coaches and veterans. Most career sites serve only one group, and almost none serve coaches.
  • Selective and vetted: every employer is reviewed before it can post or reach out, and some are turned away.
  • You control your contact details. They are shared only when you accept a company’s request.
  • Leaders aren’t slotted into entry-level roles: jobs carry a level, and we flag roles well below your experience.
  • We stay after the hire. Most job boards stop at the offer; the first year is where support matters most.

Questions

Are the career tools free?

Yes. Every tool is free for members: current and former pro athletes, coaches and military veterans. Companies pay to hire; members never pay.

What is a military or sports skills translator?

It turns experience like "platoon sergeant" or "team captain" into civilian job titles, résumé bullet points and keywords that hiring managers and applicant tracking systems understand.

How does the résumé keyword match work?

It pulls the required skills, title words and repeated phrases from a job post, checks which ones appear on your résumé, and counts required skills double, which is how most applicant tracking system searches favor candidates.

Will the AI make things up on my résumé?

No. The tailoring tool is instructed to rephrase and reorder only what you provided, never to add jobs, dates, numbers or credentials. You review every line before you use it, and your main résumé is never overwritten.

Can REP | IV help me get a security clearance?

You cannot apply for a clearance yourself; a cleared employer or agency sponsors you after an offer. Our clearance prep guide helps you gather your SF-86 information and understand the process so it goes faster.

Who can see my check-in answers?

Only you and, if you ask us to reach out, The NextRep team. Check-in answers are never shared with your employer.
